Art Concepts has been in business since 1993 as a custom picture framing and antiques store. In 2007, it changed to an art gallery and framing store, featuring more artists and Saskatchewan made pottery. In 2011, Byron Fichter’s photography was added to Art Concepts, which evolved into several art showings of his work. In 2017, Art Concepts moved to their new and current location, in the heart of Estevan, on 4th Street. This has given Art Concepts the opportunity to showcase more artists, artisans, and musicians.
